Provides a comprehensive educational and mentoring program tailored to the needs of early-career ADRD researchers.

Key activities
-Pair REC Mentees with experienced, multidisciplinary mentors
-Deliver training in: grant writing and career development, clinical trial design, biostatistics and data science, biomarkers, neuroimaging, and sex differences, community engagement and health equity
-Offer workshops, seminars, and individualized mentoring plans

-Well-trained investigators with core ADRD research competencies
-Competitive grant submissions and publications
